Hello there. I am please to announce that we have finished and published our 4th video and we got my friend Patricia Morales who has a star studded portfolio and a strong editorial background having lived out the majority of her career in New York. Ive worked with her many times and I’ve hardly seen anyone so passionate about hair. Actually the first job I worked on when I moved to LA was for an Ozzy Osbourn music video. She had me come over the night before to help her make “hair horns”. We went to Home Depot, bought the wire, wrapped the hair over and over again to get it right, and if you ever watch the video for “Let Me Hear You Scream” you will see said antler being broken by a head banging model. We worked for hours on those. Oh well. Patricia is someone who really loves what she does. If you go to her house you see that she is constantly working on ideas for wigs and hair accessories alike. So we discussed doing a simple editorial technique to inspire our readers to get their hands a little dirty and try something new. As you will see, the technique is super simple and you get some really great texture out of it. She dampened the hair a bit, used a strong mousse and started to systematically twist the hair.
